Cosmetics Auto Loading Robotic

In traditional packaging line of cosmetics, many customers mainly depend on manual operation. So they can't lift their efficiency because of the low automation level, also they can't control the inevitable factor, such as the products are contaminated. For the more, their clients will lose their confidence by this and can't improve their corporate image.

As our American client's required, Prosco specially designs an automatic packaging machine for their factory.

Our client is committed to research and production of cosmetic products, such as lipstick, blush, eye shadow, foundation and other products. At the old system, they need to 4-6 workers to finish the work. A man opens the pallets and put it on the conveyor, when the pallets move to the workers' position, they will put the product into the holes of the pallet. And at the end of the machine, the QC will check and close the pallets.

After use Prosco automatic packaging line. Our client just needs 2 workers to finish the work. A worker just needs to put the pallet into the machine, then the robotic will be auto placed the product into the pallet, then close the box after QC checked.
